Importante: Al acceder o utilizar Rekolector (rekolector.com), aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices el servicio.
1. Descripción del servicio
Rekolector es una plataforma SaaS que permite solicitar, recopilar y organizar documentos de clientes mediante enlaces y recordatorios automáticos, así como gestionar el estado de entrega de dichos documentos.
2. Elegibilidad
Debes tener al menos 18 años y capacidad legal para contratar. Al usar el servicio, confirmas que cumples estos requisitos.
3. Registro y cuenta
Para usar ciertas funciones, puede ser necesario crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de toda actividad realizada desde tu cuenta. Debes notificarnos de inmediato si sospechas uso no autorizado.
4. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a NO usar Rekolector para:
- Actividades ilegales, fraudulentas o que infrinjan regulaciones aplicables.
- Almacenar, compartir o solicitar contenido que viole derechos de terceros.
- Distribuir malware, spam o cualquier contenido dañino.
- Intentar acceder sin autorización a sistemas, cuentas o datos de terceros.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o intentar extraer el código fuente, salvo que la ley lo permita expresamente.
- Interferir con el funcionamiento del servicio (por ejemplo, abuso de APIs, scraping agresivo, ataques, etc.).
⚠️ Advertencia: Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar cuentas que incumplan estas normas, así como limitar el acceso al servicio para proteger la seguridad e integridad de la plataforma.
5. Contenido y archivos del usuario
Eres responsable del contenido y archivos que subas, solicites o gestiones mediante Rekolector, incluyendo asegurarte de contar con los permisos necesarios para tratar esos datos y compartirlos con las personas correspondientes.
Podemos eliminar o restringir contenido si creemos razonablemente que infringe estos términos, derechos de terceros o la ley aplicable.
6. Planes, pagos y facturación
Algunos servicios requieren pago. Los precios, ciclos de facturación y condiciones se muestran claramente antes de la compra. Al suscribirte, autorizas el cobro recurrente según el plan seleccionado, hasta que canceles.
Los pagos y la facturación se procesan a través de LemonSqueezy (nuestro proveedor de pagos). Rekolector no almacena la información completa de tu tarjeta.
7. Cancelaciones
Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde tu panel. El acceso continuará hasta el final del período pagado, salvo que se indique lo contrario en el plan o por razones de seguridad/abuso.
8. Propiedad intelectual
Rekolector y todo su contenido (incluyendo software, diseño, marcas y logotipos) son propiedad de Rekolector o de sus licenciantes. No se concede ningún derecho de propiedad intelectual, excepto el derecho limitado de uso del servicio conforme a estos términos.
9. Disponibilidad del servicio
Intentamos mantener el servicio disponible, pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida. Podemos realizar mantenimiento, cambios o actualizaciones que afecten temporalmente el acceso.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
Rekolector se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". En la medida máxima permitida por la ley aplicable, no seremos responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuenciales o pérdida de datos, ingresos o beneficios derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso del servicio.
11. Modificaciones
Podemos actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios entrarán en vigor al publicarse en esta página. Si los cambios son significativos, podremos notificarte por email o dentro del producto. El uso continuo del servicio implica aceptación de los cambios.
12. Jurisdicción y ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de Panamá. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales competentes de esta jurisdicción, salvo que la ley aplicable disponga otra cosa.

1. Service Description
Rekolector is a SaaS platform that allows you to request, collect, and organize customer documents through links and automatic reminders, as well as manage the delivery status of those documents.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Registration and Account
To use certain features, it may be necessary to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity performed from your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Rekolector for:
- Illegal, fraudulent activities, or activities that violate applicable regulations.
- Storing, sharing, or requesting content that violates third-party rights.
- Distributing malware, spam, or any harmful content.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or third-party data.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code, unless expressly permitted by law.
- Interfering with the service's operation (e.g., API abuse, aggressive scraping, attacks, etc.).
⚠️ Warning: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these rules, as well as limit service access to protect the security and integrity of the platform.
5. User Content and Files
You are responsible for the content and files you upload, request, or manage through Rekolector, including ensuring you have the necessary permissions to process such data and share it with the appropriate people.
We may remove or restrict content if we reasonably believe it violates these terms, third-party rights, or applicable law.
6. Plans, Payments, and Billing
Some services require payment. Prices, billing cycles, and conditions are clearly displayed before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until you cancel.
Payments and billing are processed through LemonSqueezy (our payment provider). Rekolector does not store your complete card information.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the paid period, unless otherwise indicated in the plan or for security/abuse reasons.
8. Intellectual Property
Rekolector and all its content (including software, design, trademarks, and logos) are owned by Rekolector or its licensors. No intellectual property rights are granted, except the limited right to use the service according to these terms.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, changes, or updates that temporarily affect access.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rekolector is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use or inability to use the service.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this page. If changes are significant, we may notify you by email or within the product. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.
12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Panama. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
